Afternoon Patterns-with the beginner in mind
Abigail Glaum-Lathbury-this is a hard one to describe. Glaum-Lathbury designed clothing under her label “Elmidae” for a few years and was the first designer I ever bought from. She has moved on to other art and design related endeavors but has a few of her “Elmidae” patterns available as free downloads. They only come in small and there are no instructions.
*Elbe Textiles–you need to check out their zero waste dress-it’s cool
Linda Kubik-you have to click on the individual patterns to see them.

*Pattern Union-check out their free patterns
Sewciety-OK, this is Moods Fabric, so not exactly an Independent designer, but they are family owned & all their patterns are FREE and there are cool patterns here!
